Dorchester offers third party management services for both conventional and a wide range of affordable programs in the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.

We focus on the individual needs of each property that we manage.

Our staff is committed to providing best in class customer service to our clients and residents and transforming properties into communities where residents active and proud to call home.


We offer a full realm of IT solutions with Realpage software that can be customized to any property’s needs, as well as a partnership with Southeastern Computer Associates who provide efficient IT solutions for hardware and software.


We have an internal compliance department that monitors all programs, including move in file review, state and HUD reporting and training to keep onsite staff up to date with current program procedures. We also schedule private, annual training for all office staff with AJ Johnson and Consultants for LIHTC compliance training.


Our Asset Management department reviews all financials reports on a monthly and annual basis to ensure that timely and accurate reporting.
